About me
My name is Jhoja. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela. I love diversity. That is why I was driven to study Global Languages. I am attracted to everything that has to do with nature, with healing, with spirituality and with the processes in which we human beings are involved.
I am the mother of two children Gabriel (Gabo) and Geronimo (Mo). Together with my husband Camilo (Luli), they have been my impulse to connect with myself and go through the different stages and adventures of various colors and emotions that life gives us. My son Gabo has Down Syndrome and is one of my greatest teachers. Every day he teaches me something new! Learning to be a mother-- which is not easy, has helped me understand the importance of offering a conscious upbringing for my children. At the same time, I have learned that I need to be well in order to help and support my family. I find everything related to family dynamics fascinating. For that reason I was trained as a Family Constellator and now I share what I have learned with the world.
I really like Literature. I use creative writing as a therapeutic tool and lose myself in the letters, giving free rein to the imagination and capturing a universe full of reflection and connection.
Although I still have a long way to go and learn, discovering my own talents and sharing them at the service of life has connected me with wonderful people who nourish my life and motivate me to continue growing. I always say that human beings are like a garden full of flowers, each flower being different from the other, but rooted in the same soil. A daisy is not the same as a rose and vice versa, however, each one has its own authentic beauty and style.
In June 2022 I went through an anxiety and depression crisis, which led me to introspection and deep healing. I learned to know pain and to embrace it. I literally woke up with a new vision of life and understanding about the nature of reality, being more compassionate with myself and with my environment.
Currently my family and I live in Oklahoma, USA. As part of my services, I carry out Family Constellations in person or online and accompany the clients' process in a respectful and creative way combining also the tools of Life Coaching, therefore clients can recover the center of their emotions like bamboo.
As a Family Constellator, first of all, I explain the Laws or Orders of Love created by Bert Hellinger, accompanying you in a comfortable and trusting atmosphere towards your entire family system and honoring our ancestors. I serve as an instrument so that you can see your internal process, reflected through dolls or representatives displayed on a platform.
As a Life Coach, my mission is to accompany you on the journey towards your maximum potential and a life full of purpose. I come from a family with great challenges, but those experiences allowed me to discover powerful tools for emotional healing and personal growth. I have traveled a path of self-knowledge and resilience to overcome anxiety, depression and dysfunctional patterns.
With vulnerability, attentive listening, and great respect for your individual journey, I will accompany you on this transformative path. Believe in yourself, allow yourself to shine and let us together discover the infinite potential that exists in every human being.
