Sometimes, out of love and loyalty to our family system, we unconsciously carry what belongs to others.
In this online Healing Circle, we will create a safe and compassionate space to explore these invisible family dynamics through the perspective of Family Constellations.
Together, we will reflect on what we may be carrying, honor what belongs to our family system, and begin to recognize what is truly ours to carry forward.
